About Us

PMP InterConnect is governed by a Steering Committee comprised exclusively of representatives of the PDMPs participating in the system. The Steering Committee serves as the governing and advisory body as it relates to the administration and function of PMP InterConnect.

Please use PDMPWorks.org to learn how we worked with our partner, the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy, to initiate the development of powerful tools like PMP InterConnect and PMP Gateway. Having created a robust national network of PDMPs, healthcare providers, and pharmacies, PMP InterConnect allows for the exchange of critical information and insights to promote patient safety and assist in combating the opioid crisis.

We, as participating states of PMP InterConnect, are proud to say that our efforts are working.

NABP PMP InterConnect Participant Worksheet

The purpose of this worksheet is to gather information about how each prescription monitoring program (PMP) administers its program. This profile will then be shared with other National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) PMP InterConnect participants and should provide most of the information needed for each PMP to make “sharing decisions” necessary to complete the NABP InterConnect “matrix” and rules engine. In addition, aggregate information will allow NABP to create a comprehensive profile of information on each of the participating PMPs in NABP InterConnect.
